Erin Zellers

Graphic Designer

My entrance into marketing started with a love for art and design. As a child, I loved to draw and pursuing an art degree after high school was a no-brainer. While exploring a variety of mediums in college to solidify an area of focus, I reluctantly decided to try a graphic design class. I was very skeptical due to the limited nature of hands-on work, but I instantly fell in love with the nuances of visual arts as a powerful form of communication.

I completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Moorhead, MN in 2006 and shortly after joined a local advertising agency as a production designer. Over the next 20 years, I worked in the advertising industry intermittently around raising a family and moving around the Midwest, and I grew significantly in my proficiency for print and information design under the grindstone that is agency life. And yet, I don’t attribute my technical skills as the greatest takeaway from my agency experience, but rather, the unrelenting appreciation I now hold for the power of collaboration and human connection – a realization developed out of the many critical conversations around problem solving with some very talented colleagues at the agency.

Art and people are my passions, and I value marketing for the opportunity to nurture human connection through creative solutions.
